The official production-process page states that tasting is available inside Nago Pineapple Park (it does not say whether free or paid). Nothing is stated about touring the cellar itself or opening hours. A pineapple brandy and spirits licence was obtained in November 2021 and the LA PINA DISTILLERY opened in July 2022.

Japan's first pineapple-only winery, in Nago, Okinawa. It grew out of Nago Pine Garden Co., Ltd. (founded 1979) and was created in 1992, obtaining a fruit-wine licence in 1995 restricted to pineapple, with that restriction lifted in 2004. Pineapples grown by contract farmers in the prefecture are pressed and fermented at low temperature at its own plant, which also makes juice, canned fruit and pineapple vinegar.
