A grape grower and wine producer in Tetta, Niimi, Okayama. After training in viticulture and winemaking following a trip to Italy, the owner planted a wine-grape vineyard in 2013 and has released wines since 2015 through contract winemaking. From the 2017 vintage the wines are made from grapes alone. No herbicides are used, and wheat, barley and adzuki beans are grown on nearby abandoned farmland.
