Official online shop on BASE. Phone reception weekdays 10:00-17:00. The official site carries no tour, tasting or cellar-door information (as of August 2026).

Founded in 2017 in the Kitaono area of Shiojiri City, Nagano, at 850m elevation. The large day-night temperature swings preserve acidity, yielding sharp, structured wines from varieties including Pinot Noir, Riesling and Kerner. Annual production is about 5,000-6,000 bottles.
