Araikuma Brewery is the Mito production site of Domaine MITO at 1416-1 Shiguma, Mito, Ibaraki. The official site says grape selection, vinification, and finishing are carried out inside the Mito Forest Park nature center. Domaine MITO Corporation was established in 2015 to make wine in Mito. The production site is open only during work, and visitors are asked to contact the company in advance. Mito City describes a wine made from 100% Mito-grown grapes, sold at Mori no Chevre-kan in the park.
