Admission to the Wine Castle is free and the bottling line can be viewed at any time from a visitor corridor. Free mini winery tours run Mon-Fri at 11:15 and 13:30 (10 people each, same-day sign-up at the 1F information desk, no advance booking). Paid winery tours with tasting run on weekends and holidays at 11:15 and 13:30 (10 people each, 2,000 yen per person, booking required two days in advance). The 4F restaurant opens 10:30-17:00 (LO 16:30), closed Tuesdays.

A municipally run winery established by Ikeda Town, Hokkaido, in 1963 as part of the town's fiscal recovery effort, known for its Tokachi Wine brand. It operates the Wine Castle facility along with a direct shop and an online store.
