BLANK HARD CIDER WORKS
A complex in Ashoro, Hokkaido that combines a cidery, a cafe and a community space. It is run by Hidamari Farm, which also grows apples for the cider on its own orchard. Ciders are made from Shinano Gold and Shinano Sweet apples grown in Ashoro, and blended with haskap, raspberry, cassis or quince. The cafe, from which the brewing floor is visible through glass, serves the full range, and growlers can be filled to take away.
