A winery founded in 2015 in Sawacho, Yoichi, Hokkaido. Its affiliate Hirakawa Farm (est. 2014) holds 21 ha of farmland with 13.5 ha planted in the Sawa district of Yoichi, producing 70 tonnes in 2024. All wines are made from Hirakawa Farm fruit, grown without chemical fertilisers or herbicides, with German varieties such as Kerner at the core of the business.
