栗澤ワインズ
There is no permanently open shop. Wine is sold once a year at the Moseusi farm outlet (10:00-14:00 on 29 March in 2026) to buyers who applied in advance through the entry form on the website; shipping for those who cannot visit is decided by lottery. Purchases are limited to one bottle of each wine, three bottles in total, cash only.
A family-run grape farm in the Sorachi area of Hokkaido, working the Tap-kop farm in Mikasa (cleared 2007) and the Moseusi farm in Kurisawa, Iwamizawa (planted 2011), each 2.0 ha. In 2017 it founded the Kurisawa Wines cellar together with Nakazawa Vineyard. It grows Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Lemberger plus mixed-planting blocks, and ferments with wild yeast, including in qvevri.

- The Tap-kop farm is in the Tappu district of Mikasa (100-120 m elevation, 2.0 ha) and the Moseusi farm is in Moseushi, Kurisawa, Iwamizawa (70 m elevation, 2.0 ha). Wine pick-up takes place at the Moseusi farm outlet.
