The winery states that it does not offer tours or tastings, giving priority to farm work. The shop is open and takes cash only. Coaches and other large vehicles are asked not to visit, as there is nowhere to park and the road is too narrow to pass.

Started as a winery in 2002 by the Yamazaki family, who have farmed at Tappu in Mikasa, Hokkaido for four generations. The vineyard covers 14 hectares. The winery states that it grows Bacchus (from 1998), Chardonnay (2003), Sauvignon Blanc (2009), Pinot Gris (2010) and Riesling (2012); Kerner and Dornfelder were discontinued in 2019. **It does not offer winery tours or tastings, giving priority to farm work.** The shop is open and takes cash only.
