A wine vending machine stands in front of the cellar. Purchase requires proof of age (driving licence or My Number card), and sales stop between 22:00 and 5:00. QR-code payment is accepted; 10,000 and 5,000 yen notes are not. The official site says nothing about tours or tastings.

Goro Hisamatsu, formerly head of production engineering at a sporting-goods maker, set up a limited liability company in 2018 and does everything himself, from growing the grapes to making the wine. The vineyards are on two sites within Gifu City at the northern edge of the Nobi Plain — Iwari 5-chome and Nagara Komatsu-cho, both at about 20 m above sea level — and every vine grown is Merlot. The winery (176.1 m2 of floor space, 5.4 m ceiling height) was completed in June 2023; a trial production licence followed in September of that year and a fruit-wine production licence in 2024, and the first vintage went on sale on 15 November 2025. Fermentation is with wild yeasts only, with no additives at all — no antioxidants, sugar, acid or water — and the wines are unfiltered and unfined. No electric pumps or presses are used, and wine is moved between tanks by gravity alone.
