The company has no brewing facility of its own; the address is a wine specialty shop. The official site says it stocks about 300 wines and has a four-seat bar counter serving wine by the glass from 15:00. No tour or tasting information is given. It also runs a separate wine stall, "Sablog," at 24 Mikkamachi, Hachinohe (Miroku Yokocho), 17:00-23:00, irregular holidays.
A wine specialty shop in Hachinohe, Aomori, run by Vintas Inc. (president Daichi Kudo). In 2025 it launched its own negociant-style wine brand, "Uminoki Wines": grapes grown by group company Hachinohe Vineyard are sent to other wineries for contract winemaking, as Vintas has no brewing facility of its own. Earlier it had its NANBUTIMES range made under contract at Hachinohe Winery. The president was involved in Hachinohe Winery from its founding (certified by the city in 2016) and in the 2019 opening of its cellar and of Hachinohe Vineyard. The shop began as Wine Shop VIN+ (formerly MI-KO), the antenna shop of Hachinohe Winery, and took its present operator and name in 2020. In 2023 it opened the "Sablog" wine stall in Hachinohe's Miroku Yokocho.
