A hard cider (sparkling apple drink) producer in Hirakawa, Aomori Prefecture, run by TUGBOAT Co., Ltd. Apples from Shaka no Ringoen, an orchard in the same city, are the main ingredient. The producer emphasises unpasteurised "fresh" hard cider and brews with equipment imported from France and Germany. It also makes an apple brandy called CRAZY DAYS.
