A winery with its main plant in Kawauchi, Mutsu City, on the Shimokita Peninsula at the northern tip of Honshu. With over 28 years of grape growing in Aomori, it produces about 50 wines, including the 'Shimokita Wine' line, from grapes and apples grown on its 12.3-hectare estate at 41 degrees north. A second plant is located in Owani, Minamitsugaru District.
