A winery in the woods of Sudama-cho, Hokuto, Yamanashi. The founders began planting vines on abandoned farmland in 2020, incorporated Onmitsu Wines Inc. in 2023, built a cellar and started making wine that autumn. Shinichiro Ogura handles both growing and winemaking, working from hands-on instruction by a French winemaker and avoiding large machinery and chemical inputs as far as possible. The range includes SISTERs, a trio of white, orange and pet-nat wines from Koshu, and a red from Muscat Bailey A. A small shop adjoins the cellar.
