The official site invites visitors to drop in for a tasting when in Katsunuma, but gives no tasting fee, opening hours or information on cellar tours. Orders are taken by phone, fax, e-mail and the order form on the site.

A winery in Shimoiwasaki, Katsunuma, Koshu City, Yamanashi. It began in 1939 when nearby farmers made wine for their own use on the family property as the Ishiharada Wine Brewing Association, and in 1963 the shares were bought out to form Diamond Shuzo Co., Ltd. Using Katsunuma-grown Koshu, Muscat Bailey A, Cabernet Sauvignon, Delaware and Kyoho, it works with techniques such as skin contact and barrel fermentation.
