Founded in 1952 in Enzan, Koshu City, this winery continues to make wine exclusively from Yamanashi-grown grapes. Its wines have won multiple awards, including a silver medal at the Japan Wine Competition 2026 and a gold medal at the Feminalise World Wine Competition 2026.
