A cellar in Ikedacho Machi, Miyoshi, Tokushima. Starting from scratch in a city with no vineyards, it now farms seven plots in Miyoshi and Higashimiyoshi, growing Syrah, Koshu, Pinot Noir, Yama Sauvignon and Mondo Brie among others. It makes wine without additives, fining or filtration, and calls itself a budoshu jozosho rather than a winery.
