A small winery inside its own Fujisan Kitayama Vineyard on the south-west slope of Mt. Fuji in Kitayama, Fujinomiya, Shizuoka. The area was designated a wine special zone in March 2019 and the cellar started operating that September. It grows Fuji no Yume for red, Hokuten no Shizuku for white and Almo Noir, farming without herbicides or chemical fertilisers under permanent cover crop.
