A winery project led by Tomotaka Seto in the Nanayama district of Karatsu, Saga, on about 5,200 square metres at roughly 250 m elevation. Vine planting began in March 2024, with a first harvest and fermentation targeted for 2026 and wine release in 2027, using 100% estate-grown grapes in a converted family barn. Funding was raised via READYFOR; the winery name has not been announced.
