The Vino Bar TOCCO winery project is now moving forward in Omachi under the name Podere Tocco. Reporting in August 2026 says that it made its first harvest of varieties including Merlot and Albariño, plans to have a Nagasaki winery make the wine on contract, and still has establishing its own winery as a future goal.
