The official site states that, under the special wine-zone scheme, the wines are served at the company's own Auberge Yamagami and at events within Toyono Town. It holds the Toyono Wine Fes each 21 March and the Toyono Gibier Fes each 22 November.
A winery on terraced rice paddies at about 500 m altitude in Takayama, Toyono Town, Osaka Prefecture. It is run by Satoyama Creation Institute Inc. (founded 19 June 2020, president Tadahiko Yamagami), which first encountered the Takayama terraces in 2016, moved there in 2018 to open the Auberge Yamagami, and built the winery in 2023 after the area was designated a special wine zone. Abandoned terraces were cleared and planted with vines, and everything from growing to vinification happens on site. Its first vintage, 2025, comprised five wines: a Muscat Bailey A pétillant and rouge, Sauvignon Blanc, Delaware and Yama Sauvignon.
