A grower with vineyards in Hotani, Hirakata City, Osaka, aiming to become the first winery in the Kita-Kawachi area. Grape growing began in 2012, the vineyard in Sugi, Hirakata was completed in 2015, and wine has been made under contract since 2016; the vineyard moved to Hotani in 2024. Seven varieties including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Delaware are grown, with reduced pesticide and fertiliser use and pH-neutral soil.
