A brewery in Yahiko, Niigata. Sakaya Yayoi (Yayoi Shoten Co., Ltd.), a liquor store that opened around 1955 and incorporated in 1962, built a brewery with an attached taproom in December 2018, obtained a happoshu production licence in April 2019 and held its grand opening that May. It makes craft beer using Niigata farm produce such as Yahiko's Ihiko rice, along with Yahiko wine.
