Now operating as Hakko Chaud. Purchases and tasting are available in the shop; the tasting counter offers popular wines from 200 yen a glass.

A small winery on the Niigata Wine Coast at Kakudahama, Nishikan-ku, Niigata, run by winemaker Kobayashi, who studied microbiology at graduate level; it now trades as Hakko Chaud. Estate grapes are grown without agrochemicals, and fruit is also sourced from contracted growers in Niigata and elsewhere in Japan.
