The winery shop opened on the spring equinox in March 2019. It does not keep regular hours; opening days are announced case by case in the "496便" news block on the site's front page (e.g. Sunday 9 August 2026, 12:00-16:00). No tour or tasting programme is stated.

A winery on the plateau on the left bank of the Chikuma River in Yaehara, Tomi, Nagano. Its owner, a former professional cyclist, moved to Nagano in 2012, cleared land in 2014 and planted about 1,200 vines. The company was incorporated in November 2017 and the winery started up in spring 2019. As of 2020 it farms about 4,800 vines over 2.2 ha of Almo Noir, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, making all wines from estate fruit only.
