Hiraizumi Winery
平泉ワイナリー
A small winery in Hiraizumi, Iwate, founded in 2017 by the agricultural cooperative Agri Hiraizumi. At the foot of Mt. Tabashine it follows the concept of handmade wine made by farmers, and since 2021 uses only grapes from its own vineyard. It makes Campbell Early, Niagara, Delaware and yamabudo wines plus a cider from local Daimonji apples, under the brand Ora.
