Open 11:00-16:00 with irregular closing days; visitors should contact the winery beforehand. The winery also hosts the Tawaramachi Marche selling local rice and vegetables.
A farm and winery in Tawaramachi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa. Started in 2016 by clearing idle farmland with the aim of creating workplaces for people with disabilities, it released its first wine, No.1 (54 bottles of 2017 Sauvignon Blanc), in 2019 and opened its own cellar in August 2020. It farms about 3 hectares with 16 grape varieties.
