An organically certified vineyard in Niseko, Hokkaido that releases its own brand of bottle-fermented sparkling wine, 'Stardust Sparkling'. The owner replanted his mother's field in 2018 with Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Kerner and Zweigelt, and has had the wine made under contract at Niseko Winery since the first 2020 harvest. The Cassiopeia Village brand was launched in 2024, the same year the first Pinot Noir was picked for a rosé. Growing is done without chemical fertiliser or synthetic pesticide under organic certification.
