Choshi Budoshu Jozosho Zakoman Zoshoten is a winery in Choshi, Chiba Prefecture. It is operated by Marutoku Shoji Co., Ltd., with Takuya Zako as its representative. The winery makes wines designed to pair with the fish dishes of Choshi, including the flagship KISSAKI line and the casual The Fisherman Sings line. It also makes wine from purchased grapes, including Merlot from the Iwadahara area of Shiojiri, Nagano, and planted its first white-grape vines in Choshi in April 2025.
