Hatch WINE Labo. is the first winery in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture. Junko Yamaki founded this urban winery in February 2025 while working in the apparel industry, and it includes a natural-wine shop. After studying at the Chikumagawa Wine Academy and training at a winery in Katsunuma, she began releasing her own brand through contract production in 2023. In January 2026, Cabernet Sauvignon was fermenting in an in-house tank.
