The liquor sales licence notice gives the point of sale as Ito Farm, 48-1 Matsuzaka, Higashi-Achiwa-cho, Okazaki. The official site says nothing about tours or tastings (as of 7 August 2026).

A vineyard and wine producer in the northern part of Okazaki, Aichi, run by Takashi Ito. Kyoho, Shine Muscat, Fujiminori and Queen Nina are grown on roughly 10,000 sqm, with a further 2,000 sqm plot planned for dedicated wine varieties. The farm uses cover cropping instead of herbicides, applies organic fertiliser, and substitutes or reduces sprays to those permitted in organic growing. In the cellar no sugar or acid is added, and only a small dose of sulphite goes in at bottling. Labels include HANAMUSUBI, ITO OKASHI, HIKARI and KAGAYAKI.
