Open Monday to Saturday 9:00-17:00; nominally closed Sunday, but phone orders and visits are still accepted then. The 2 ha estate vineyard uses no herbicide or chemical fertiliser, composting grape pomace and seeds instead. The official site says nothing about tours or tasting.

A winery in Kamiyahagi, Ichinomiya, Fuefuki City, specializing in additive-free wine. Built on the Mukoyama family fruit-farming tradition dating to the Taisho era, it makes wines without added preservatives, mainly from Koshu and Muscat Bailey A.
