A brewery founded in 2014 in Yokokawa, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, near Tokyo Skytree. It makes craft beer and cider as well as rakia, a fruit spirit distilled from Niagara grapes from Shiojiri, Ichida persimmons and prunes. It holds four production licences: happoshu, fruit wine, sweetened fruit wine and brandy.
