Wine may only be sold for consumption on the premises and is offered solely to Vino Club members or guests staying at the Keidoan farm lodging. No mail order. Lodging reservations by telephone only (from 7 p.m.).

A farm lodging and micro-winery run by Takakura Grape Farm in Taketa, Oita. The owner left a corporate engineering career and opened the vineyard in 2004, started the Keidoan farm lodging in 2010, obtained a winemaking licence at the end of that year and made his first vintage in autumn 2011. Wines use 100% estate fruit, destemmed and pressed by hand, and are bottled unpasteurised and unfiltered.

The farm lodging operates December to February (closed 25 Dec - 7 Jan). It is closed March to November during the busy farming season.

From Route 442 via Michi-no-Eki Taketa; from Route 57, turn toward Kuju at the Ishii intersection near Michi-no-Eki Sugo and continue about 15 minutes.
