Winery visits and vineyard experiences are offered through the membership club and events.
A winery run by Higashiyama Wine Laboratory LLC on southwest-facing slopes at about 540 m elevation in the Higashiyama area of Shiodadaira, Ueda City, Nagano. Grapes, led by Nebbiolo along with Cabernet Sauvignon, are grown without chemical pesticides, and cider is also made from local apples. Vineyard work and tastings are offered through its membership club and events.
