The only winery run directly by an agricultural co-operative in Nagano, operated by JA Matsumoto Highland. It stated that it used only Shiojiri-grown grapes and bottled each wine as a single variety; Concord and Niagara were its principal grapes. A Nagano Prefecture article states that the former JA Shiojiri Winery became Kikyo no Sato Winery in 2020 and **closed in 2022**. A JA product page still describes it in the present tense, but carries no date.
