The front page of the official site states that brewery tours and local experiences are offered at Suishokan, the directly managed showroom attached to the head office. Whether reservation is needed, the fee, and whether tastings are offered could not be confirmed: the detail page (kikusuisake.co.jp/n35/user_data/store) returned HTTP 403 on 7 August 2026.

A brewery in Kanae-Kiriishi, Iida, Nagano. It was founded in July 1944 when 37 brewing houses in the Ii-I area merged as Shimoina Shuzo Co., renamed Kikusui Shuzo in 1951. It is one of very few such wartime mergers still operating as one company, and the only sake brewery in the Iida-Shimoina area. Licensed for fruit wine and liqueur as well as sake and shochu, it makes cidre from 100% local apples.
