A small winery in Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, at the southern foot of the Asama mountain range. Active as Nukaji GG Farm since 2015, it incorporated as Domaine Fujita Co., Ltd. in January 2019 and obtained its winemaking license in autumn 2021. It reclaimed abandoned farmland in the Nukaji and Iko districts of Komoro to grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, making wines from estate-grown grapes, including wild-yeast fermentations.
