The official site gives no information on tours, tastings or a shop. Enquiries are handled at Rue de Vin (reception 9:00-17:00).

A company based in the Mido district of Netsu, Tomi, Nagano. It was set up by Rue de Vin (founded 2008) with support from JA Shinshu Ueda and the local community, and is headed by Hideaki Koyama of Rue de Vin. It supports growers entering the roughly 27-hectare Mido Vineyard, whose development began in 2017, with mechanised viticulture and winemaking know-how, and handles sales of their wines.
