The winery has no on-site shop; wines are bought through the official online store or listed retailers. Because the team is small, enquiries are asked to be made by e-mail and shipping happens only twice a month.
A small winery on the Nishikibaru Plateau in Aya, Miyazaki. Yoshitada Katsuki returned home after a decade making wine in New Zealand and Germany and started growing grapes without chemical fertiliser, insecticide or herbicide in 2013. Three vineyard blocks on volcanic ash soil grow Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer among others, and the wines are fermented with wild yeast and bottled unfiltered.
