Kakuboshi Hakusan
角星 白山製造場
Kakuboshi is a sake producer in Kesennuma founded in 1906. In addition to sake, it makes the fruit wine Tsuki no Uta using sake yeast and the fruit wine Yuzushu using yuzu juice from Kesennuma. Its Hakusan production site is in Kamihigashigawane, Kesennuma, and received a fruit-wine manufacturing license on September 17, 2021.
