Kikusui Shuzo is a sake brewery in Aki, Kochi Prefecture. According to its official company history, it began brewing at its present location during the Edo period, established Kikusui Shuzo Goshi Kaisha in November 1948, and changed to a corporation in July 2002. In addition to sake, it produces other alcoholic beverages including yamamomo wine, Nagomi no Kajitsu, plum liqueur, honey mead, and brown-sugar liquor.
