Green Neighbors Hard Cider

A hard cider (apple fruit wine) producer in Shiwa, Iwate Prefecture. After training at an agricultural venture in Hirosaki, Aomori, the founder launched the brand in winter 2021, opened the cidery and taproom in summer 2022 inside "Hizumeyu" on the site of the former Shiwa town hall, and began brewing that autumn. Apple growing and juicing are left to specialist farmers and a pressing facility. The ciders are unfiltered, unpasteurised and made without added sulphites.
