Hyogo Nakaoka Nouen is a grape farm in Miki, Hyogo Prefecture, run by owner Hajime Nakaoka. The farm grows seeded Fujiminori, Pione, Muscat, and Muscat Bailey A grapes without fertilizers or pesticides. It produces seven wines through contract brewing at Osaka Shimanouchi Fujimaru Winery, Hitomi Winery in Shiga, and Domaine Tetta in Okayama. The wines use only grapes from the farm and ferment with native yeast, without cultured yeast, added sugar, added acid, or other additives.
