Oct-One Brewing
オクトワンブルーイング 名胡桃醸造所
A brewery in Minakami, Gunma Prefecture. OCTONE LLC was established in September 2017 and had its grand opening in May 2018. It brews with water from the Okutone area, using hops and apples the team grows itself. In spring 2025 it expanded and relocated its brewing equipment into a former kindergarten (originally a branch elementary school) owned by the town and began full-scale hard cider production. The taproom next to the brewery serves freshly poured beer and hard cider, and also fills growlers.
