A shop attached to the winery is still in preparation. The wines can be tasted and bought at the company's own wine bar "and Svolta" in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo (2-27-16 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku; 15:00 to last entry 25:00), where trade customers are offered free tastings. They are also served at the group's restaurants.

A winery in Atami-machi, Koriyama City, Fukushima, run by the restaurant company Svolta Inc. Its head winemaker is Akihiro Ebana, a Koriyama native who joined in 2024 after working at Fukushima Ose Winery. It vinifies both its own estate grapes and fruit from contract growers, and also offers custom-crush winemaking so growers can make their own wine. It also aims to reduce abandoned farmland in the area.
