Tours run on weekdays with last admission at 16:00. Tasting costs from 500 yen. Weekends and holidays can be accommodated by prior reservation.
Fukui Prefecture's second winery, opened in January 2023. It makes additive-free, unfiltered natural wines from organically grown grapes from its own vineyard in the Echizen-Shirayama area of Echizen City. Twelve red and white varieties are planted, and weekday tours with paid tasting are offered.
