The tank room has glass walls, allowing visitors to view the winemaking facilities from outside.

Founded in 2010 in central Kazuno City, Akita, on the site of a former pachinko parlor, and operated by MKpaso Co., Ltd. The winery ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks without oak barrels, producing red, white, and rose wines as well as cider from local Fuji apples. It also grows wild-grape hybrid varieties.
