Established in 2010, it holds organic JAS certification and grows Yama Sauvignon. It conducts both plant production and research, sourcing 100% of its electricity from hydropower within Akita Prefecture, and also produces the local 'Shirakami-Sanchi Wine' for the town of Fujisato under contract.
