It uses 100% estate grapes grown by users with disabilities — Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Niagara, Delaware and Muscat Bailey A. The shop opens Fridays and Saturdays 11:00-15:00 and all wines can be tasted.
